USAGE

Choosing and installing a font

  1. Select a font.

Browse the monospaced entries in Nerd Fonts v3.5.1. Search by original or patched name, and star fonts to save them in this browser.

  2. Compare the previews.

Switch between code, terminal output, or your own text. Adjust the size, line height, and theme. Ligatures depend on the font’s support.

  3. Install the font.

Download and unzip the font. On macOS, open the font in Font Book. On Windows, right-click and select Install. On Linux, copy it to ~/.local/share/fonts and run fc-cache -fv. Then choose the font in your editor or terminal settings.

Nerd Fonts installation guide

The terminal is a visual sample, not a running shell. Your custom text stays in your browser. Previews use one regular style per catalog entry; downloads include the full family.
